Your 25 meetings start before you land in Boston
Every delegate gets 25 one-to-one meeting opportunities through the event app. Set up your profile, find the investors, partners and peers you came to meet, and book them before the room fills up. This page walks you through it in eight steps.
Log in and download the app
Open the link found in your emails and log in with your registration email. We recommend you download the mobile app so your schedule is in your pocket on site.
Complete your profile
Add a photo, your role and a line on what you are here to find or offer (capital, partners, a route to market, clients). A complete profile gets more meeting acceptances. We collected some information from you at point of registration.
Build your agenda
Bookmark the sessions you want across the three tracks (Development, Companion Care Delivery, Livestock Care Delivery) and the Innovation and Discovery Showcases. Bookmarked sessions trigger a clash warning if you try to book a meeting at the same time.
Find your people
Open the attendees page and use search and filters (company, role, interests). Our AI tool will also recommend people based on your interests.
Book your 1-2-1s
Open a profile, click 'Meet', choose a slot and location, and add a one-line reason for meeting. A specific reason gets accepted far more often than a blank request.
Manage your schedule
Go to My schedule, then Meetings. Cancel stale pending requests so they stop blocking your slots, and re-book where needed.
Connect and message
Connect with people you want to keep in touch with, and message them before and after meetings. You can also scan each others badges at the event to transfer contact details (no need for business cards!)
Use it on site and after the show
A lot our attendees still use the app long past AHNTI to stay connected. We recommend exporting your contacts when you leave so the follow-up happens that week. Also turn on app notifications so you don't miss any updates during the event.
