Mike has a MS in pharmaceutical sciences from University of Texas at Austin with 14+ years in drug development funding, execution and portfolio strategies. Mike served as President and CEO of XEO Pharmaceuticals, a Contract Research Organization (CRO) helping drug startups and 503A pharmacies support early stage R&D and IND-enabling analytical programs. At Xeris Pharma (NASDAQ (XERS)) Mike led R&D operations & development of novel injectable drug products. He’s named inventor on several drug delivery patents and published 10+ scientific papers. He is co-inventor of Disruption Labs’ lipid encapsulation technologies and leads commercial application at Santé Labs by managing tech transfer and commercial scale manufacturing.
