Kisaco Research is looking for a bright, proactive, creative and savvy individual to join the team for a dynamic permanent role in London. The Marketing Executive will support our high performing marketing team to grow our brand presence through social media, analysis, design associated marketing activity across our portfolios.

This role involves taking responsibility for accessing relevant audiences, analysing interaction and creating a highly engaged social media audience and growing business communities associated with our brands across the world. This person needs to be hands-on, enthusiastic, ambitious, adaptable and flexible with a strong work ethic.

In addition, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the overall event marketing strategies. Supporting on executing media partnership campaigns, utilising effective online communications to integrate with other marketing programs, to extend and support the overall Kisaco Research brand experience.

Strong interpersonal skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment are needed. An interest or background in copywriting, digital marketing, social media engagement, design and analytics would be beneficial.

The role has clear career progression opportunities as Kisaco Research grows, whereby the executive will have the chance to take on more responsibilities and overall campaign management with ongoing training and development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Event Marketing and Brand Campaigns – Supporting on development and implementing cohesive marketing campaigns that achieve targeted delegate registrations and revenue.
  • Data Management & Lead Generation – Building and researching a relevant lead database through partnerships and sourcing; to attract and begin conversations with potential members and clients.
  • Performance Management & Analytics – Manage all event weekly trackers, site analytics and closely measure performance of activity, promotions and usability, whilst supporting decision making for Marketing Managers. 
  • Cross Department Collaboration – Works closely with production and sales teams, plus external web developers, designers and other external teams.
  • Copywriting and Content – Works with Marketing Managers across all marketing material, ensuring that design is consistent, website content is regularly updated and all online elements are continually evaluated to boost engagement.
  • Social Media and Community - Maintain Customer Engagement online through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (and others) with interesting topic discussions, active participation in conversations online, as well as repurposing and promoting content

Qualifications:

  • English Fluency; Can work in the UK
  • Bachelor’s level education or equivalent, plus experience in digital marketing strategies (desirable)
  • Highly organised with strong time and workload managements skills along with a strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of web interface design, multimedia and design tools (Adobe suite) (desirable)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skill
